Just like every person is unique, so is every tax return.

Every tax return starts with a base package, designed to cover many typical tax situations -and for many clients, its all they need.

For those with more complexity, we offer additions and add-ons to match your unique situation.

Typical Preparation Process…

  1. Sign up on our portal and fill out a short questionnaire.

  2. If we are a good fit, we will schedule a quick call to talk through any questions or complications you may have.

  3. After the call, you will receive the standard engagement letter and service proposal.

  4. Once signed up, we will provide a smart tax organizer to help you gather all of your tax information and needed documents.

  5. We will then prep the return, and reach out if we have any follow-up questions.

  6. Once finished, we will upload a video review of your draft return, pointing out the important bits and results, for your approval.

  7. Upon approval of the draft return, and invoice payment, we will have you sign the e-file authorization.

  8. Your return will then be e-filed and you can check off another year complete!
