This is the first phase where we get together to learn about each other, so we can both decide if we want to work together.

If we decide we are a good fit to work together, the first phase will be to get you onboarded.
This is where we gather information on you and your business so we can get you set up and on the best path to success.
This will include gathering access to accounts and documentation, past tax returns, etc.
It may seem like a lot, but don’t worry - we’ll make it simple and painless.

For Bookkeeping Services, we are only accepting new clients that are using -or are willing to switch- to QuickBooks Online.
For our CFO Services, we require good, clean, financial statements. If you already have a team in place providing accurate statements, that's perfect! However, if you want us to do the bookkeeping, we will need to use QBO.

If you want us to! We can price tax returns separately, or build it into your monthly package.

Sure, that is always an option. However, keep in mind that it often costs a lot more to catch-up 12 months of bookkeeping after the fact than it does to keep up with it monthly.
Plus, without good, ongoing, financial information you will be operating your business in the dark -which is never a good way to run a business.

While any business can benefit from CFO Services, we focus this service mainly on businesses up to $15 million in annual sales.
We believe companies at this stage often aren’t ready to justify the cost of a full-time CFO, yet the insights to be gained become even more crucial to continued growth and business success.

We are here for you and don't ever want you to feel like you can't reach out if you have a question. All communication is included, but if we have to do ad hoc (extra) analysis or research to give you solid advice, that'll be billed separately.

If you are an S-Corp or have employees, we will get you set you up on Gusto for payroll. You will be responsible for running payroll & paying the subscription fee, but we'll manage the integration and help trouble shoot when needed.
